High Season: May 1 - October 31

• Starting at $325 Canadian per night
• Weekly starting at $1890 Canadian (7 nights)

Low Season: November 1 - April 30

• Starting at $315 Canadian per night
• Weekly starting at $1750 Canadian (7 nights)

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due one month prior to arrival.
• In the event of cancellations:
• Deposit is returned less 10% plus $25 if cancellations are made 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Full deposit is forfeited for cancellations in the 30 days prior to scheduled arrival unless we are able to re-book.
• Payment is by money order, E-transfer, or credit card by Paypal.

• No smoking.
• No pets.
• Adults only, please. House accommodates four.
• Check-in time is 4 PM; check-out time is 10 AM.
• Manager will send you our occupancy terms agreement with damage deposit details. We reserve the right to charge for any damages assessed upon your departure. All charges will be discussed prior to issuing.
