• $225 Canadian per night, Sunday through Thursday
• $250 Canadian per night, Friday and Saturday
• $1400 Canadian per week (7 nights)

November 1 - April 30

• $190 Canadian per night, Sunday through Thursday
• $215 Canadian per night, Friday and Saturday
• $1190 Canadian per week (7 nights)

• A 25% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due one month prior to arrival.
• In the event of cancellations:
• Deposit less 10% is returned if cancellations are made 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Full deposit is forfeited for cancellations in the 30 days prior to scheduled arrival unless we are able to re-book.
• Payment is by cheque or money order, please.

• No smoking.
• No pets.
• Adults only, please. House accommodates four.
• Check-in time is 4 PM; check-out time is 11 AM.
• In lieu of a security deposit, we reserve the right to charge for any damages assessed upon your departure. All charges will be discussed prior to issuing.
