• 2 night minimum

High Season Rates — (May 1 - October 31)

• $249 Canadian per night for two people
• $275 Canadian per night for four people
• Weekly $1600 Canadian (7 nights)

Low Season Rates — (November 1 - April 30)

• $249 Canadian per night
• Weekly $1400 Canadian (7 nights)

• A 25% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due one month prior to arrival.
• In the event of cancellations:
• Deposit less 10% is returned if cancellations are made 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Full deposit is forfeited for cancellations in the 30 days prior to scheduled arrival unless we are able to re-book.
• Payment is by cheque, money order, E-transfer, or credit card by Paypal.

• No smoking.
• No pets.
• Adults only, please. House accommodates four.
• Check-in time is 4 PM; check-out time is 11 AM.
• In lieu of a security deposit, we reserve the right to charge for any damages assessed upon your departure. All charges will be discussed prior to issuing.
